We prepare in advance so the day has room to move.
I study the flow of the celebration, the people, the spaces and the light. Together, we identify where photography should simply follow the day and where there is room to create something more intentional.
Once the wedding begins, the plan becomes responsive. Some frames come from an idea we prepared. Others exist for a second and are gone.
I know when to step back, when to give clear direction and when an image is worth taking further.
The photographs can move from spontaneous to fully composed. What holds them together is you.
Preparation usually begins several weeks before the wedding.
I study the schedule, locations, light and the moments that matter most to you. I also work closely with your planner so photography has the right time and space within the celebration.
This is where possible portraits and visual ideas begin to take shape, while leaving room for the unexpected
Rather than taking you away for one long session, I prefer several short, purposeful windows throughout the day.
Some may last only a few minutes. Others give us room to take an idea further.
I will guide you clearly when needed, while keeping the pace connected to the celebration. You remain part of the wedding — and an active part of the photographs.
I usually photograph alongside a trusted second photographer. For multi-day celebrations or complex schedules, I build the team around the scale and structure of the event, so every part receives the same level of attention.
Yes. I am based in Italy and photograph weddings throughout the country, from Lake Como and Lake Garda to Tuscany, the Amalfi Coast and beyond.
Travel and logistics are organised in advance with you or your planner.
You will receive a first preview shortly after the wedding.
The complete gallery follows once every photograph has been selected, edited and sequenced. Your delivery timeframe is confirmed in the proposal before booking.
Direction can be as subtle as adjusting a shoulder or as involved as composing the entire frame. I guide you precisely, but the photograph still has to feel like you.
